We currently offer the following services through our credit card portal

• Standard – Metropolitan deliveries made within 5 hours
• Express – Metropolitan deliveries made within 3 hours
• Triple Express (Elite) –  Metropolitan deliveries made within 1.5  hours

Please note that we do not accept the following types of shipments

• Assembled Furniture
• Glass
• Dangerous goods
• Non packaged items
• Large items (eg. treadmills, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers etc) into residences. We only deliver to the nearest ground floor location such as a garage.
• We do not unpack or install any items or remove the rubbish or replacement items.

Booking Terms

• Further charges may apply if incorrect information is supplied.
• It is the shippers responsibility to ensure all goods are packaged appropriately for transport and you have organised your own insurance coverage, as Direct Couriers does not provide insurance.
• By booking a job with Direct Couriers, you agree to our terms and conditions for Sydney or Melbourne.
• Please note: The final price is subject to change if total waiting/loading and/or unloading times exceeds the free wait time that is allowed on the chosen service. Depending on the courier service you choose there may or may not be any free time allowance.

Authority To Leave (ATL)

If the receiver is not available at the point of delivery, you can provide an authority to leave with instructions for our driver in the special instructions box on the booking page. Our driver will then leave your shipment as requested.
