Please Note: Legal Liability cover is only applicable if the loss or damage to the goods is caused by a failure to exercise reasonable care from Direct Couriers.

We do recommend that you should take your own insurance cover for the loss or damage to your goods if it is not covered by our limited liability.

Our legal liability cover quote has a minimum charge and is based on the value of the goods covered per individual job and is valid for a period of 12 months, which will then be renewed. This is due to us having to take out our own extra insurance to cover the legal liability.
