What's the role?

Based out of our Melbourne Airport office as a Customer Service Operator, you will be primarily responsible for receiving both phone bookings and delivery queries from customers as well as handling driver enquiries to ensure that our customer delivery needs are met. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing customer accounts while maintaining a high level of service.

What you need is:

To be successful, the ideal applicant will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

  • Previous experience working in customer centric roles
  • Excellent communication skills (written, listening and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good understanding of the geographical suburbs in and around Melbourne
  • Sound computer knowledge
  • Experience in a call centre environment (ideal but not essential)
  • Previous experience working within logistics/transport (ideal but not essential)
  • Resilience, passion and ability to work at pace and under pressure
  • A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results
